Fiberglass fabrication and repairs, including hull extension and damage repair.
Vacuum peeling of osmosis affected hulls and the solvent free barrier coating to 1.5 mm thickness, with a three year guarantee.
	Wood work. Cabin rebuilding and teak deck replacement and experienced wood workers. Locally grown, hand selected first grade teak wood is bonded onto the deck in continuous runs. Welding and mechanical services are also available.

	In-house rigging are by " Selden Rig" classified rigger, using his own swager machine and stock of cable and fittings.
	The sail loft (60ft x 90ft) has manufactured sails for 65ft cruising ketch and 55ft Tayana sloop, whose owners are among the many satisfied customers. Having five machines and using the finest Hi Tech Pentex "Challenge" dacrons; sails and repairs can be done for any size yacht.


An open air restaurant that offers local cuisine for lunch and excellent seafood and European dishes for dinner.
There are hot and cold water showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities available to clients.
	The yachts are hauled by a 70 ton Travel Lift and stored on a 90,000 sq. ft. concrete platform which is a clean and secure area, with free water and electricity in each bay.
	IMS offers yacht owners a well secured area, with 24 hours security within a enclosed compound with security lights at night.
The 120 ft. dinghy dock has bow and stern tie points, ensuring a secure dinghy.
On the compound is a small but well stocked chandlery and paint shop stocking all yacht repair requirements.
Our office provides for all the conveniences of fax, phone, stamps, and e-mail communications.
