USE OF TRAVEL LIFT:
To relocate Vessel, lifting of Vessel, increasing heights of vessel, shifting of blocks, time in slings, etc.	$3.50 per ft.

ELECTRICITY & WATER (NO CHARGE)
Surcharge (electricity):
(a) If running Air conditioner or dehumidifier	$5.00 per day
(b) If using a transformer welding plant (Approval Necessary)	$12.00 per day

PENALTY CHARGES
No Hot Work Approval: Per offence	$1,000.00
Improper Waste Disposal Waste: Per offence	$1,000.00

ADVANCED PAYMENT ON STORAGE
3 to 5 months :	5% discount
6 or more months :	10% discount
A SURCHARGE OF US$10.00 PER PERSON/DAY IS CHARGED FOR CASUAL/CONTRACT WORK DONE

Important!
Payment can be made by CASH, MASTERCARD, VISACARD, AND CERTIFIED CHEQUE. Personal Cheques are not accepted. Invoices should be settled MONTHLY (after which interest will be charged at 2% per month). Office hours: 8 am to 4 pm - Monday to Friday). For security reasons, ALL Contractors/Casual Labourers must register at our office before starting any job/s (Photo ID required at time of registration). We require TWO (2) days notice for hauling & launching or any other special arrangements.
